Find the responsible office

Ask for the disability-services or accessibility contact and the process for requesting accommodations. Discuss the exact course activities and practical requirements.

Check the whole study environment

Include online materials, workshop access, safety equipment, assessments and off-site placements. Ask how responsibilities are shared between the school and placement provider.

Ask about day-to-day support

Find out how tutoring, academic advising, technology help and personal support are accessed, including evening and online availability.

Keep plans and communications together

Record agreed next steps, contact names and dates. If a decision is still pending, clarify when you will receive it and how that affects enrollment.
