About the guide

Accessibility at Trade School Guides

Our approach to readable pages, keyboard navigation, accessible navigation menus, data tables and optional maps.

Designed for practical access

Our pages use semantic headings, labeled controls, visible keyboard focus and a skip-to-content link. The navigation menu can be opened and closed with its button, and closes when a link is selected or Escape is pressed.

Reading data and using maps

Core information is available as text and tables. Location addresses and direction links remain available without loading an embedded map. Directory links can be followed without using the search tool.

Browser preferences

The layout adapts to smaller screens and respects reduced-motion preferences. You can enlarge text using browser zoom. Wide comparison tables scroll horizontally on smaller screens.

Ongoing review

We test key navigation and interactive features, but we do not claim formal accessibility certification. External school and government websites are maintained by their respective publishers.
